Payment Policy
This policy explains how to pay for an order from LANEIGE and where approved refunds are sent. The store's transaction currency is USD.
Choose How to Pay
Online card payments are available with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Select your method at checkout and follow the payment steps.
You may also select cash on delivery. Payment is collected by the carrier when the parcel is delivered, using cash or a card. You do not pay online in advance for this option. The carrier collects only the order total displayed at checkout.
Your Order Total
No sales tax is collected at checkout for any product. Free standard shipping applies to all order values within our delivery area. There is no cash-on-delivery surcharge, payment-processing fee, or handling fee.
Before submitting your order, review the complete total shown at checkout. Payments are made in U.S. dollars.
When a Payment Needs Attention
For a declined card transaction, check the entered information and contact your issuer if needed. Our support team can help check an order's status. Do not include full card numbers, security codes, or online banking passwords in an email.
To cancel, contact us before dispatch. If you paid online, the refund goes back to the original payment method. An unpaid cash-on-delivery cancellation has no payment to return.
Refund Arrangements
Approved returns paid online are refunded to the original payment method. For orders paid on delivery, we use a bank transfer to the customer's designated bank account. Contact nsnsbsbj266@gmail.com during the return process to arrange the necessary transfer details.
Inspection takes up to 5 business days from receipt of the return. Refund issuance then takes 1-5 business days after approval, with our combined processing capped at 10 business days from receipt of an eligible return. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post funds. Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
